Day 13.
I can powerfully state that dia 13 was one of those days that everything happened just because I did what I wanted to do!
I took on letting my journal write its own story. Teammates/hosts/friends/etc shared in my little tiny notebook that it was given to me as a gift from my capoeira partner Diana.
I created my self as writing the bible or some amazing revelation book, something powerful that happened to me, the teachings were given to me, now w that knowledge im taking on teaching & sharing to el planeta tierra. Let me teach you something so you can teach it to someone else.
Alison taught me that:
“Over standing”
“Always allow your thinking to come from the Most High… I & I is to believe you are the always with the spirit above-never alone. Make choices with the knowledge of yourself & the powers that guide you. In guidance & protection- the Most High is what you define.”

That was the beginning of my night of revelations. She sang a couple songs about unconditional love & created that perfect space for things to happen. Estoy muy agradecido Alison. Gracias!
As the night went by I got present to what it was really happening & started creating stories of my life & what I was experiencing in the present moment.
At Café gratitude we are in the training of acknowledging what is happening en el Corazon, this is something that I wanna share w you & w café g. Terces Engelhart once said “love is everything what it is & what it is not is just the resistance to it”. Please Terces let me know if I butchered your quote.
Knowing that I’m in the practice of “the present moment is all what we have & what it is not is just story”.
Right at that key moment I spoke this words to me “im loving the stories im creating for myself right now!” By saying & acknowledging that I’m creating stories & can choose on what to do next, the cool thing is that I was loving those stories & they totally empowered me to write this nice little blog about a night in my life.
Right after that Caso Raro (Blitz’s capoeira nickname) & me played the slowest capoeira Angola game, muita mandinga I can express. Lots of connection & dance in a space no bigger that one square meter. People were people; Caso Raro & me were just that. We played nice, we played powerful, we played com mandinga, we honored our Mestres & our teachers.
Our nice little game completed & we took on writing a song. Our host has really cool fire pits were we discovered the “jogo de fogo” fire game in English. The lyrics just came one after the other one. We have a capoeria song now.
Tony expressed his feelings in my little journal; he called us a familiar warrior. Thanks tony, infinitely grateful.
Earlier that day we got invited to Cynthia’s graduation party where we ate as much delicious Guadalajara food as we could. Tequila & spicy sauces were indeed present. I also noticed that women in Guadalajara have something very unique in their eyes & personas, gorgeous. We did a little theatrical play, fire, theater, capoeira, samosaurous was there too, music. All of our expressions of art were present & shared with the family. Transformation was happening inna deeper level. Austin, Weldboy, Alison were very present w the family & took on making a difference with out actually doing it. Connecting with the kids of the party & the family & friends. Powerful!
Coming back inside Patricia & discovered thru a conversation that I had with Sveglio that all what it was happening was synchronicity. This is all my creation right; I’m pulling this out of my empty pockets, “sin” in Spanish means with out. “Cronos” is the god of time in Greek mythology (god, mercy if im wrong) so what I’m creating for myself is that synchronicity means that things happen with out time. They just happen. Sveglio told me “la ausencia del tiempo”.
Weldboy & Tony shared with me once we where back in the house “the power of the written word” & “the power of the pen” respectively.
There are three other things that happened that night that I will be writing about. At this point of the night I connected deeply w Alison, Amanda, Blitz, Tony, Weldboy, Sveglio, Judith & I was feeling inna over-whelm of pure unconditional love & I was feeling high, the most high of love.
“im not a quitter, im letting go…” I finally wrote it down!
“El no mames exercise” is something extremely fun that im creating as a training that is going to enable look @ all the possibilities in a very funny/Mexican way. That came up out of a conversation w Ryan. I requested something & he said no. I honored his no as a possibility for me to find my way out but in my mind I said “no mames” & I can totally acknowledge that is the funniest way to see all possibilities including a challenging re-request. Im developing this still, wait until it hits the shelves & goes bestseller.
To close this blog I want to share w you what Sveglio wrote in my journal @ the very end of the night. Request help if you yet don’t understand Spanish. Im so grateful.
