Born in SF, grew up in el Salvador. living an amazing life. day by day.

What is important to you in this world?
The present moment. its all what we have! & the stuff we get to create w/it.

Your childhood dream; your adult dream?
Childhood: I dream about being a firefighter/bus driver (duh?!)/no war (el Salvador 1980’s big civilwar!)

Adult: compete in iron chef (the Japanese version not the new one…)/travel to ancient-sacred cities (machu pichu-tikal-new mexico-copan-etc.)/live-work-love by the beach.

What inspires you about TEMA and why are you contributing?
The challenge! tastes so good! also the community that we are creating now & all the possibilities. endless.

What are you passionate about?
I’m mostly passionate about capoeira & cooking! riding bicycle too.

What is your favorite food?
My mom’s food!

Every night.

What is your educational background?
School & university in el Salvador. also some basic street skills. here in sf I did some city college & culinary school. I work in what we call a school of transformation…

Tell an extremely memorable moment.
Right now im creating im going in a bus w 19 other people that I barely know. Im in charge of feeding them, I’ll learn how to surf, I’ll learn how to build eco stuff all that in the turn of 2008-2009! yes.
